Good intentions, flawed execution

Meals are abundant and flavorful with varied choices throughout our stay. Proximity to the beach and shops provided convenience while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

Evening entertainment left much to be desired with somewhat repetitive performances. The main bar closing early disrupted our plans for late-night relaxation.

Inconsistent service during busy times could use improvement!!! Noise levels near reception at night disrupted sleep. Closing time of the main bar at 10 PM is inconvenient for late-night guests!!!

The staff offered a warm welcome with complimentary drinks, and the spacious suites were a highlight! Food had a fantastic variety, with options like fresh omelettes and a lively atmosphere. Pools were fun, especially for kids!

Occasionally, the air conditioning placement above the bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the mosquito issue needed addressing.

The stay for my family was truly enjoyable with the spacious suite making our time comfortable. We were impressed by the fantastic variety of food available, especially the delicious fresh omelettes at breakfast and exciting dinner options. Located close to the sea, we appreciated the quiet ambiance despite being near shops, cafes, and restaurants. The evening shows, although not always well attended, sometimes offered fun entertainment that added to our experience.

perfect central base for city strolls and park views

I had a great time with my family, enjoying the beautiful beach just a short walk away and having easy access to nearby parks like the parc natural de s'albufera, perfect for our weekend strolls and making great family memories. the staff here are truly hard-working and made our stay enjoyable, always ready to lend a hand.

Would definitely recommend for a weekend vacation.

The suite was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a lovely balcony view of the Nature Reserve, enhancing our overall experience. The food truly stood out as varied and delicious, with fresh vegetarian dishes and the highlights being fresh omelettes at breakfast and the extensive dinner options. the children's pool area was a bit too crowded at peak times, and occasionally, the air conditioning felt a bit harsh at night. Some of the evening entertainment could be more engaging, as it missed the mark occasionally for older kids.
